Our History
Pat Fogarty has been in the construction, maintenance and remodeling field since 1984. In the 1990's, Pat graduated at the Carpenters District Council (CDC) Construction Training School. Starting his business in his hometown of North County, he has been on many types of construction crews that were involved in the work of framing, siding, trim, roofing, remodeling, window and door replacement and other related projects. In spring of 1995, Pat and his family moved out of the city and settled in Northwest Lincoln county where they currently reside.

After the 9-11 attacks and the occurring down turn in the economy, K-P Construction was founded.

Pat has many years of experience in framing and designing posts framed buildings. Pat can also stick frame and post frame on foundations and/or slabs. All of our buildings are for St. Charles County Planning and Zoning qualifications and codes. (Check out our photo gallery!)
